We have been servicing Southern California home buyers for over 22 year using the state of the art home inspection methods and have preformed over 30,000 home and commercial inspections. The inspection not only meets the standard of ASHI and CREIA but surpasses them as well. The inspection report is computer generated and printed for you on site, which means no waiting for the results. The comprehensive report is not a check list but narrative based, which consists of easy to read and understandable sentences. The inspection includes the Interior, Exterior, Roof, Attic, Foundation, Heating System, Air Conditioning System, Plumbing, Electrical and Appliances (Pool & Spa for additional fee). At the concussion of the inspection we will review the results of the inspection and answer all your questions. At the time of the inspection you will receive a presentation folder containing the inspection report, and consumer protection information to make your new home safer. You will also receive an emailed copy of the report with 75-100 pictures. The goal of our inspection is your compete satisfaction. We will discover, disclose the properties present condition, and make recommendations so that you can make a wise and prudent buying decision.

John Cooper does a fantastic job for my real estate clients looking to buy a home. He does a great job at educating buyers on what are legit concerns VS stuff that isn't necessarily a big picture item. Some inspectors scare off buyers by giving personal opinions and incorrectly referencing codes that may apply to new construction, but doesn't necessarily apply to homes that are older. John is able to look at the big picture and give a real, honest inspection. He even completes the inspection and gives copies to the buyers on site so you aren't waiting days for the inspection to be complete!

John is very professional and friendly. He came out and inspected a property we are purchasing about a month ago, then came out again at our request for a re-inspection to verify that certain repairs were completed. His reports are very thorough, he is extremely helpful, and he responded to all of our requests in a very timely fashion. I'm not very familiar with standard pricing for these inspections, but his fees seem reasonable (especially the re-inspect fee). I would definitely recommend his services. Thanks!
